Leytonstone Voices – Community Choir in the Heart of E11

Sing, connect, and unwind on a Thursday night. Leytonstone Voices is a friendly, non‑audition community choir that meets weekly in Leytonstone. We sing an uplifting mix of pop, folk, musical theatre and seasonal songs—no prior experience or ability to read music needed, just a willingness to have a go.

Leytonstone Voices was formed in May 2022, and has steadily grown over the years to a healthy choir of approximately 40 members, singing predominantly in three parts (SAB) – we offer a relaxed and welcoming space to come and sing together.

How to join…

Leytonstone Voices runs on Thursday evenings, in sync with school terms. We break over Christmas, Easter, and during the summer.

Each term is around 11-13 rehearsals, with at least one performance and one singing pub crawl (our end of term social, whilst bringing some joy to the local community). Rehearsals are 20:00-21:15 @The Social, Leytonstone Ex-servicemen’s club, 2 Harvey Road, London, E11 3DB, and everyone’s welcome to join us!

There are lots of ways to join Leytonstone Voices, depending on what works best for you. We offer drop‑in tickets (£12.20), a low‑income option (£5.00), term sign‑ups (£120 per term), and a monthly membership (£27.20 a month). There are also first‑session discounts and senior citizen rates to help keep the choir accessible to everyone.
